2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Have all original tags intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds willΒ notΒ be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect sizing when the size guide was not consulted

  • Minor measurement differences (1–3 cm) due to manufacturing

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Subjective dissatisfaction related to style, color, or fabric

  • Delivery delays (delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed)


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • AΒ trackable shipping methodΒ must be used

  • The tracking number must be emailed toΒ support@

Without valid tracking information, we cannot guarantee a refund.


5. Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped directly from ourΒ international logistics centers.
This allows us to offer a wider product selection, exclusive collections, and competitive pricing.


6. Alternative Solutions

We understand that international return shipping costs may be high. In certain cases, our support team may offer alternative solutions (such as partial refunds or reshipments) without requiring the product to be physically returned. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable option.


7. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or model. Once the original item has been received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped.


8. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a defect or error, it will be processed withinΒ 14 business daysΒ after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued using theΒ original payment method.
